Sessions last approximately 50 minutes. I recommend starting weekly and then going to bi-weekly sessions as you start to progress through your goals. However, this is a decision we make together based on your individual needs.

I attempt to provide you with tools you can use immediately in order to start feeling better quickly. However, this is a journey, and everyone is at a difference stage. We will openly talk through any feelings of stuck-ness and I’ll refer you to a better fit therapist if you aren’t happy with your progress.

No, I do not accept insurance. However, I am happy to provide you with a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. This is not a guarantee you will be reimbursed.

The law protects the relationship between a client and a therapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.
Exceptions include:
Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which I am required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.
If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, I must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
If a client intends to harm himself or herself, I will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, I will take further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety.
